CANCELLATION POLICY
When you book your appointment, you are holding space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other patients. If a cancellation is necessary, we require that you call at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another patient access to that appointment time.
A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is canceled less than 24 hours before the appointed time.
If you are unable to make it to your scheduled appointment, we ask that you notify our office at least one business day prior to avoid a cancellation fee of 100% of the cost of your appointment. You, of course, always have the option to log into your patient portal to reschedule before the 24 hours to avoid any fees.
